- Attendance in the Morning Assembly is compulsory for all the students.absentees will be fined as per rules.
- All the students of B.Ed/D.EI.Ed are required to fulfill the condition of attendance in all the subjects and periods as per rules of HP University,Shimla & H.P Board Of School Education,Dharamshala respectively
- Principal of the college may rusticate the student from the college if he/she is found guilty of gross misconduct or misbehavior.
- Attendance in Micro teaching,simulation,school teaching practice is mandatory.
- Students are advised to pay the college fees latest by 31st December every year.
- The Parents and guadians are requested to keep in touch with the Principal regarding the progess in studies and regularity in respect of their ward
- Leave will be sanctioned by principal on the recommendation of Lecturer/Tutor.
- Any student who remains absent from the college without prior permission of Principal/lecturer for one leacture/period shall be fined Rs.5/period.for full day absence a fine of Rs.20/-per day will be charged.
- Leave saves only fine and does not help in attendance.
- Library books will be issued as per Library rules.
- Any student who remains absent for more than 10 working days continously without the prior intimation, his/her name will be stuck off and will be aalowed re-admission by the principal after being satisfied by reason of absence and Rs.200/- shall be charges on account of re-admission.
- For optaining refund of Security,Students concerned should optain clearance certificate.
- Use of Mobile Phone in the class is Strictly prohibited.Strict action will be taken against the defaulter student.
- Principal's decision in all matters will be final
- Wearing Dress code is Compulsory
- As per Hon'ble Supreme Court's Order,Ragging will not be tolerated at any cost.
